CTMH Paper Blog Hop - Penelope

I decided to alter a mini notepad, removing the binding, to decorate the front cover.  I used one of the 3" x 4" cards, included with the Penelope Workshops Your Way Scrapbooking Kit, for the main background.  The floral strip is a Zip Strip from a sheet of B&T paper.  Silver Shimmer Trim was added, as were some Bitty Sparkles, for some much-needed glitz.

The stamped images were fussy cut and made 3-D with Foam Tape.

I used the Stamp of the Month, "Sunshine Birdies", and the sentiment is from the "Friend In Me" stamp set.  They were stamped in black and colored with ShinHan Markers.
