Picture My Life Fun!

Welcome to our Blog Hop where we are featuring Close To My Heart's Picture My Life products. Participants are incorporating our pocket cards into their artwork and you are sure to be inspired.

If you are coming from Tonya's Blog, you are on the right track. There is a complete list of participants at the bottom of this post if you were to get lost along the way.

I hope this simple but colorful card makes you smile like it does me. I cut pieces of cardstock at 5/8", centering the middle strip and building off it on both sides. (I did have to trim off a bit on each end.) Then I took a Picture My Life Gold & Silver Overlay card, that has the sentiment "smile" on it and simply glued it to the front.
The overlay cards are clear. There is a backing on them that must be removed to get the window effect. The backing protects it from getting scratched during transport and in storage. They are super fun an easy to use. The overlay measured 4" x 6". I cut it down to 4" x 5 1/4" to allow for a 1/4" border around it for a standard size card.

Picture My Life Cards are designed for pocket scrapbooking but can be used for many other creations as you will see through this hop. Currently we offer quite a selection with some themes to be soon retired and only available while supplies last.

Head on over to Wendy's Blog and have a great start to your weekend!

Happy hoppin' and be sure to...Make It From YOUR Heart!
