One of the new products I had to try was the Slimline Cards. They measure 3 1/2" x 8 1/2". It is definitely a different amount of space to cover and I had gotten away from this style for several years. In one of our previous How-To Books, "Originals", we had a pattern that measured 3 1/2" x 8" that I adjusted for this card size. (It's on page 118, in case you happen to have it. There are other designs included for that size.)
The panels were the perfect spots to include the items shown above.
One of my favorite new stamp sets is this one, "Whole Latte Love", which can be purchased with or without the Thin Cuts. It's adorable images AND punny sentiments are what totally drew me in. I did use a marker to color in the images above and incorporated Peach and Espresso Cardstock.
The fun polka dot paper that you see was pulled from the NEW Mix-Ins Paper Packet (Jan/Feb). I couldn't resist incorporating it here. I LOVE the other patterns included with this collection and have already used a lot of it for other items I will be sharing soon!
Consider leaving me a comment and then head on over to Cat's Blog, to see what she has created to share with you. Make it a great week!
