Why You Should Join CTMH and My Team...

As posted yesterday, there is a fabulous recruiting offer that will take place during March.  I have been a Close To My Heart Consultant for over 16 years and still love it as much (and maybe more) than I did then.

There are so many great things to love about this company as a Consultant, including the fabulous products, getting a discount on your purchases, and being the first to know about the newest product releases and campaigns.  But more importantly, I LOVE the many people I have met over the years who have helped make this a fun journey!
I am finishing up a team retreat this weekend.  We get together various times throughout the year be it at trainings, retreats or conventions.  There is always sure to be fun and creativity whenever we get together.  It is one of the things I live for.

Debi won Left Center Right, collecting on some fun paper!

Terry winning Left Center Right Game.  Check out all the fun embellishments!
My She Art creation.
Having lived far away from my upline's, I am sure to include my long distance team members in our fun events - even from afar.

If you have any questions about joining this fun journey, let me know!  You will love the fun!

Stay warm today!

It Has Come to an End...but WE HAD A BLAST!

I did just have the ultimate scrapbook experience when I joined with 27 other scrappers, north of Dallas, for a fabulous weekend.  I miss these ladies so much but am thankful that I can at least look forward to coming together with them once a year.  It seems like forever to get here and then...BAM...it is over and time to pack up.  (The positive spin on that, I cannot wait to see my hubby when I return home tonight!)
This photo shows my team members and I - some who have been with me 10+ years!  I LOVE that Close To My Heart is what brought us together.  It is our friendships and love for papercrafting that keep us together.  I would not change that for anything.
I was productive this weekend and will be showcasing those creations but I just loved being surrounded by my friends and FUN!  That is what I most enjoyed.
Until next time we can gather together...

Team Breakfast at Convention

There is no better place to kick off Convention with breakfast with my team members and friends!
Maria Elena, Karen, Melissa, Joy, Michelle, Grissell, Lulu, Tawnya, Cherri, Debi, Debbie, Sheila, Lisa & Marianne
We joined Thursday morning at the Tangoroa Terrace (Disneyland Hotel) for some fellowship in anticipation of the new Idea Book and product release to take place in a couple of hours!  We had a great time laughing and enjoying the good breakfast.  The highlight was Joy receiving THREE PLATES of scrambled eggs instead of three eggs!  We all found it quite comical.

Here are some fun photos from the breakfast.

Focus Word for the Year

Upon purchasing the Log Your Memory download program, I am provided weekly challenges which I have shared with my team a couple of times.  One of them is based on a practice made popular by Ali Edwards.  One week my team challenge was to choose a word that would serve as their focus for the year and then scrap it!

With their participation, they were told their creations would be highlighted on my blog with links provided to their websites and/or blogs.  So...here are the contributors.  CUTE ARTWORK if I must say so myself!
This CUTE frame was made by my Mom, Maria Elena.  I LOVE the phrases that describe each word in FOCUS and LOVE the incorporation of the "glasses".  Click here for a link to her website.
Pamela's focus word is "Expand" for 2011.  She used our adorable Wings paper pack to highlight her goals.  LOVE the skirt on the dress form made out of a Paper Bloom (flower)!  Click on the respective words for a link to her Blog and her Website.
It's rather fitting that Molly chose "Delight" because she's delightful to be around.  I LOVE that she incorporated scripture onto this Dimensional Element Heart.  Click here for a link to her website.
I'm so thrilled these ladies participated in the challenge! They will each be sent a goodie for their participation.  I had initially announced a contest but I think these are all winning artwork submissions!  Thanks for stopping by!
